Keep the power is enough before your driving.Please keep it charged twice after its power run out completely.Please supplement power if you keep it not used over 3 weeks. You can use dry brush to clean tire and bottom or use wet soft cloth to clean its body.

Can I drive the Freezway on the motorway?

You should obey the local traffic rules while driving. In some countries, please don't drive on public roads used for motor vehicles .When driving on the sidewalk, single driveway or public places, please obey the local traffic rules.

What is the warranty for Freezway Scooters?

We supply 12 months for main parts of scooters from the date of receipt.

Motors : 12 months

Controller : 12 months

Lithium-ion battery: 6 months
